I know I’m not alone in wishing and hoping for warmer weather. I’ve been pinning up a storm and am ready to dive into spring style! February was an oddly long month, even if it’s technically the shortest one on the calendar. I think it’s because we’re now a solid 3 months into winter and it feels like the weather should start turning.
Even if the weather by you means you won’t get to wear these immediately, it’s still fun to dream, right?
I don’t shop regularly at Madewell, but keep seeing so many cute things in their new arrivals. The front tie on this button down is a nice update on a classic. And if you’re really into the ties, I also love this white top (originally seen on one of my favorite bloggers, Liz).
As the weather warms up, I always find myself wearing more white. It feels so fresh for spring. Here are few other fun white tops & dresses I’ve found (but not sure if they’ll fit over the growing bump!): this one with pretty sleeve detail, a ruched sleeve option, this eyelet sleeveless top, a dress I could seriously wear everyday (under $100) or this one that’s more of a splurge.
One of my forever favorite indulgences is matching pj sets. As the weather warms up, I like to switch from flannel pants and hoodies to shorts + long sleeves. You can’t go wrong with stripes! Or this lightweight floral set seems perfect for spring. And if it’s still chilly just throw this cozy hoodie on top.
I’ve also always been an accessories fiend. And with a growing bump, they’re the type of purchases I can still justify as I won’t outgrow them! A straw bag has been on my list for over a year. I went ahead and nabbed this black option for an upcoming trip (to coordinate with under $25 gingham slides I had to have), but still have my eye on the classic cross-body or a beach tote version. The inside print of this one is so cute!
With jewelry, I continue to be torn between super delicate pieces (like modern hoops or this monogram necklace) and chunky, statement earrings.
Oh also, you voted, so I had to order these sneakers. I have a feeling I’m going to be living in them all spring!
